The Northern Lights don't come this far into the Southwest, but when they do, they do not disappoint. I drove as far north out of Phoenix as I could on the short notice that it was happening...now! I made it to Lake Pleasant and found a cactus that was willing to be the model for my foreground and let the light show play on in the background. Wow. What a night.
